N-terminal sequencing via Edman Degradation

You need to test whether the N-terminus of your proteins has been properly expressed? Or you want to know which cleavage site was created by a protease?

N-Glycan Profiling via HILIC-Fluorescence-HPLC

Glycan - or glycosylation analysis gives information about adherent glycan antibodies. Cell line modification or bioreactor conditions can also influence the glycan composition. The allocation of glycan is performed by matching the retention times of the samples with an IgG-standard, with known composition.

PANATecs N-Glycan Profiling, analyses the IgG glycan for operators in early R&D- segment in an ISO 9011 certified environment via HILIC-Fluorescence-HPLC.
